Privacy policy
Is Flagged? collects the minimum data needed to check an address. The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics. The Telegram bot sees your chat, your language, and the message with the address; only the chat ID and language reach the logs, and check results live in the service’s memory alone.

What data does the site collect?
The site is made of static pages. It uses no cookies, runs no visitor analytics, and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. The site doesn’t store the address you type into the form, and it doesn’t send it anywhere on its own.
When you press “Check”, your browser opens a link to the Telegram bot, and the address travels to Telegram as part of that link. Like any web server, the site’s hosting may keep standard access logs: IP address, browser, and time of the request.
What does the Telegram bot see and store?
To reply, the bot receives your chat ID, interface language, and the message text from Telegram. It doesn’t ask for your name, phone number, or contacts.
- work logs record the chat ID and language; the address itself is never written to them
- a check result is held in memory, keyed by address, for up to 24 hours for flagged addresses and up to 6 for the rest, so the same address isn’t checked over and over
- the check-limit counter stays in memory for no longer than an hour
- the service has no database of its own: everything held in memory is lost on restart
Who receives the address?
To run the check, the address is sent to the AML databases: Binance AML, AMLBot, PureFi, and TRM Labs. None of your Telegram data goes with it. Your messages with the bot pass through Telegram and are handled under Telegram’s own privacy policy.
We don’t sell data, don’t share it for advertising, and don’t use it for mailings.
How does this policy change?
If the way we handle data changes, we’ll update this page and its revision date. The rules for using the service are in the terms of use.
